Computer and Monitor problems
Monitor won't come on
Power cord loose. Often the power cord going into the back of the monitor gets loose because the monitor slides up and down on the stand pulling on it. Reach around the right side of the monitor to locate power cord and the push up to make its connection snug. The light on the power switch should come on.
Monitor source incorrect. Monitors have the ability to communicate 2 different ways (Analog and Digital). If you're hooked up one way but set the other way, they don't work. In the set of buttons on bottom right corner of monitor there is button with little screen picture - this will toggle the settings. For the most part we are set up DIGITAL. If it is not set this way, it is possible some little hands hit the button and changed it.
